Has anyone removed their bonnet x support, I'm looking for a few more inches *surprised* under there and wondered if I cut the support away would the bonnet end up like a drowned rich tea biscuit.......

Yes mate I did it in my last bonnet and it was fine.

I have started posting on Instagram also my name on there is turbomk1golf

Nothing is impossible it just costs more and takes longer.

im not running one either and is abit weaker granted but doesnt flap about in the wind haha

My mate cut his away, it's only like a fg bonnet with regards to rigidity.

I wouldnt i had problems with mine kinking. Cut out just sections and rewelded them. Also put strengtheners along the edges

I had problems with mine kinking on the edges and the kinks ended up rubbing the paint off the wings around the channels. *oh well*
