Have to for work. Should do more cardio but hate it. Weights always good for a hard days work.

Most of my exercise is at work, but I've just buggered my back (again) so I'm going to have to start something for that.

I manage an hour or two of circuit training a week. It fits in with the kiddies being at other sports training.

The trainer is a propper 'das zum max!' type guy, so you know you've done an hours work.

Haha, sounds like my mate. In fact he does quite a few circuit training classes in York...... Not Ian Walbridge from Centurion is it?!

I hate the gym!! I work off the principle of "why hang out every day training when you can hang out on the day" it's worked for me in the last 12 years, as i bet madonminis has been there on a Friday morning pissed before a CFT / log run real man test lol.

I miss training for my royal marines application, since giving it up I've got so fat and weak. Going to start it all again though or fairly soon I won't be able to fit in my bucket seat!

I go gym atleast 5 times a week. Every day after work. It consists of mainly weights, but really should start with some cardio.

The turbo build has finally started

I started on a weight loss trip well over a year ago now. I lost the weight & then went to bodyfat % loss (went from 24% to 11%). Last year I managed a 1/2 marathon and i've never really been a long distance runner.

I switch every session and go about 3 times a week, most of my workouts are now crossfit based. Every one cn get results and meet targets if they are prepared to train for it :)

I do abit of climbing, train twice a week at my local climbing gym and try and get onto some rock every 2nd weekend or so. Hasnt made me much fitter but I am stronger and get to hang out with my mates twice a week.

Used to go the gym religiously in my early 20's after I quit Karate but fell out with it.
Went back to Karate in my mid 20's but quit when I broke a rib!

Did fuck all since and got fat (or fatter) so recently have bought a cheap bike (to see if I get one with it) and have been trying to get my arse out on it on a regular basis.

Have dropped about 8lb's in last 2 weeks due to getting the exercise and eating a bit better. 2lb more and I'll be under 14 stone! (not been under 14 stone I was about 25!)

If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of.

Cycling and lots of it. Lost over a stone in total so far but that's most likely made up of two stone of fat minus a stone of muscle.

Apparently 11st 10lb is the top end of my ideal weight range. I've not been under 12st since I was about 12! lol
