Very common, nothing to really worry about. You've more of a problem in fact getting that sheared stud out.

The green is the actuator, used to control boost pressure by opening the wastegate.

You will need to connect a pressure signal onto the outer most connection on here.

Your other assumptions are correct.

Oh, and wear suitable shoes whilst lifting turbos, they hurt.

for your boost gauge, or to a bleed valve to really wind it up

Connects to a bleed valve ( or other boost control) to inlet or just to inlet i believe.

You'd plumb the boost gauge to the inlet seperately ideally, maybe t'd with the megajolt if fitted.
I believe you use the outermost takeoff, ignore the inner one but don't block it off.

If you have a quick search there are some sketches (ms paint works of art) of how all the pipework is supposed to connect up.

I stripped a load of t3s last year in a quest to build a nice hybrid, the exhaust turbine housing on all bar one were cracked in the way outlined above. it seems to be very common

Thanks guys! Made it a lot simpler,

And with the intake turbine that's Cain the wrong way(down) just undo the 3 bolts and turn it?

And with the actuator mod,

You have to cut it and re weld? Well mines off the arm do I still need to cut it? Or an I just spin it round and re attach it?

Also I just need to make a bracket and move it to the other side?
