Looks to be rubbing on the arch to me, my rear end used to do this before i tubbed the arches i ended up with a half inch groove all the way round both tyres :( Yes i moved to the darkside |

The second pic is Steve Neal at the Brands GP in 1968. I was there. I well remember him, John Rhodes and Paddy Hopkirk, they always drove like that with smoke pouring off the tyres at every corner. It's a wonder they ever got to the finish... Geoff |
