Hi all just wanted a bit of help from the racers, i know theres a few.

I'm re-building my mini and when i've finished I'd like to do a few hillclimbs and sprints. I looked up the regs and i think it was the modified production cars category i would be able to enter. Couple of questions

Are composite roofs allowed? Rules state the bolt on parts are free, and bits that are not part of the unitary construction.. sounds like a no, but i just wanted conformation, as im sure i've seen cars with them?

No holes except for wires and pipes.. does that mean no lightning holes?

Heads are free in this class i assume?

If I build a car that doesnt comply with race regs, are there ever opportunities to go up hillclimbs and sprints non-competitively?

No composite roof.

You can't put holes in the body or 'chassis' but subframes can be cheese like.

Heads are free.

You should be able to run your car in Sports Libra as long as it complies with the safety regs.

Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph

I'm mainly concerned about swirl in the runners caused by the tangential entry.
