hi
didnt get the dizzy with the number above missed it on ebay, doh!
theres a electronic type and the bloke says the code is:

lucas auu1533 2003 42661a 2589

now i would say the code is not going to work but he is convinced its off a metro turbo engine, is he telling porkies or will it work ok?

sorry to keep bring this up but i thought it would be better to use this rather than a new topic??

cheers

Does anybody know if this is gospel ?
I've got a stack of dizzy's i need to get rid of, but don't want to advertise them as Turbo ones if they're not.

Well, that doesn't tell me that it ISN'T a turbo dizzy, but it doesn't tell me it is either, so I suppose I have to assume not.
Further Googling yields nothing.

Thought I'd post this:

http://www.starchak.ca/tech/pdfs/lucas.pdf

I just found that BIR1 is running a 42664 dissy, which is a bog standard unleaded MG Metro dizzy. Well, it still works *wink*
