In Need Of!!! valve stem cap thing

Looking for 1(one) part number AHU1897-this is the top cat for a triple groove in-take valve.While putting head together last night,3 of my topcaps had normal valve stems sticking out-the fourth one valve stem top almost flush with top cap.I need a top cap,or can I adjust out with rocker arms(ya never know).Can any point me in the right direction as I have some from the single groove and they also leave about a 1/6th of an inch sticking out of top cap.Thanks.................Garry
