any medical suppy shop , got to be one near you or even ask in a chemists.

a burette is a device used to very accuratly measure fulids.

I can't fiond my pics, but medical ones are very accurate and all we need is to measure within 0.5cc really. Of course you could always use a smaller one near the end and get down to 0.1 accuracy!
