Hi All,

This is my inaugural post. I've lurked for a small time, and am now in need. My machinist has managed to misplace one of my exhaust valves. The head is a MG Metro Turbo head, so I'm in need of one sodium filled exhaust valve. Does anyone have one sitting in a coffee can somewhere that they'd be willing to part with?

not got one in the coffee but one in the cupboard.

Everyone knows that instructions only have to be read if the thing doesn't work....
