Wanted 1275cc Normally Aspirated Engine

Wanted as title

A mate of mine has bust his 998cc mini, he wants me to help him over a weekend replace it with another 998cc engine. Well it certainly struck me that if we are going to the effort of swapping an engine, it would be worth uprating it a bit!
So has anyone got a 1275cc lump? MG Metro/Carb Cooper ideally, or just a 1300cc Metro engine would do the trick? Does not need to be anything special but appreciate something that will drop in and run in a weekend without mega amounts of work needed.
Looking for a complete as possible engine as he has not got any 1275cc bits and all my spares are turbo stuff, so ideally it will have carb and inlet, and dissy. Obviously starter and alternator not a problem.
Willing to pay cash and collect, so what have you got??

ive got the these bits if there any good to you
1275 short motor
1275 head
alloy inlet manifold
all in good condition with about 39 000 miles on 50 quid for lot
im in liverpool

Cheers guys for all the responses. The lad in question has now found a complete 1300 metro engine ready to bung in so I think he is going to go along that route rather than try and put an engine together piecemeal from bits.
