t3 turbo needed

Hi guys having just finished installing my turbo into my mini having been promised it didnt smoke ..... Yes youve guessed it loverly light blue smoke out of the exhaust.
I have done the valve stem oil seals and this didnt solve it

So im after a NON smoking T3 turbo to swap directly for mine on the car

Or do i srtip mine off the engine and send it to turbo technics to have the oil seal replaced

I have one spare as i have decided to do the t2 route however as I have never used it I cannot guarrentee it wil now smoke. Not sure if that is any good to you or not

I will bear this in mind but i would prefer one that has come off a working car and can assure me that it doesnt smoke. prob some one doing a t3 to t2 conversion.

well where in the country are you. If you are close enough I am willing to lend it to you then pay me for it if its fine? with two of us it should be quite quick to do etc etc

Im down in the south in between portsmouth and brighton

Unfortunatly i am in staffordshire which is a bit of a problem :( I might be in london in a few weeks so suppose i could bring it with me and we could sort something out

Just to let you know that i have sent mine away to turbo technics as i want to know that another unit wont casue me the sme problems

They are rebuilding mine for ?200
A bit steep but will be worth it No oil leak and shed loads more boost !!
