Bits I need for my Mini! (lots!)

Hi.
As the arrival of our mini is imminent, I thought it was worth putting up a wanted post.

Here's what I need:

Good 1275 metro lump - non turbo, non MG
Fuel Regulator

I think that's it for now... Im sure Iain will tell me otherwise if I'm wrong!

i've got a fuel reg, more than likely got a standard plenum, ive also got a turbo on a manifold it's missing the elbow though if thats any good to you? just drop us a PM or summat if your interested.

new small end bushes can be fitted easy

Any engine shop will be able to press in and ream new small end bushes for you for maybe a fiver a rod I would guess, its a dead easy job you just really need a press and a reamer.

how soon do you need rid of it? - as i've just won a load of stuff on ebay, and will be skint for a couple of weeks.. LOL

i wanted ?100 for the box as it was a new gen replacement from rover at a cost of ?700 inc fitting and its only done 2k

if you want it you can have it for ?75 as you do the site ect i think thats a bargin

do you have a disk brake setup? i have everything ex calipers here to off a 94 mini

I've got cooper S discs, cheers though.

I'll talk to the mrs about the engine + box mate, but that sounds like a good deal :)

Just spoke to simon at morspeed (top bloke!) - he says that its unlikely to be the small ends, and that its most likely to be the big ends? - what made you think it was the small ends?
