You know the little springy rings that locate the manifold on the head.

How much you want for them, including postage then, mike?

It's a 998 with a 12g940 head. I was planning on dowling the inlet, but as the inlet and head have the location for the rings I thought it was an easy way out.

With some careful planning thought and execution anything is possible........

For some background info Wil's car (as far as I know) is built as a race car and is entered in a sub 1000cc category. Therefore a turbo 1000cc is a good way to be competitive.
However do not confuse the engine as just a standard 998 with a turbo strapped to it, it is a developed engine that achieves a very respectable power output even when compared to some 1275 turbos. Of course I can only comment based on what I have gathered, obviously the man himself could tell you more.

Sold the turbo and seeing what the C20XE can do!

Near Lincoln

Lanxter, any lump can be made to run turbo easily, some more easily than others mind. Thats why you dont actually need a metty turbo complete engine to do the job *wink* Most people dont know this hence the silly prices that get paid for metty turbo blocks etc *happy*

I can tell you that this car runs very competitively in the 1400cc class.
