BBB, send me a cheque for ?10k, and when it has cleared, and assuming you are in the uk, I will deliver to you a fresh built 1380cc motor with an 8 port head, ready for you install turbo pistons and modify the head to your own design

Full race ardern 8 port head with turbo valves - I only know of one turbo A-series with an 8-port head and that was 998cc, so unlikely you'll find one secondhand.
Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph
