Weber IPA Downdraught Carb

Does anyone have or know anyone that has an IPA Down Draught Weber carb, similar to side draught 45 (and hopefully manifold to suit A Series Engine) that they will part with ?

My plans to turn my Mini Minus into a turbo delight have taken a bit of a turn due to fibreglass not liking heat too much and potentially melting my bulkhead!! Hence the above carb is required for a NR engine build instead.
