Does anyone know where I can get one of these,
preferably new?

I'm after the type that can lock the brake both in the ON & OFF position (fly off).

I could do that myself, but that doesn't add security like a combo lock.

Well, after much shopping around I found new ones for 30 quid ex UK PLUS 220 QUID POSTAGE >:(

So I've got one coming from a volkswagen guy in the states for $50 AUS including postage :)
