The blanking plate needs a tube of approx 3/4" welding to it, and a hole boring through.

If you send me the plate and the tube I'll weld them together for you.

The pipe required is a 90 degree bend, again about 3/4" diameter. That is from memory though, you may want to check the outlet from your turbo before ordering a hose.

Anywhere you like that sells samco type stuff. Plenty to choose from.

Just make sure its oil resistant (proper silicon is).

Silicon actually decays when in contact with all but it will be fine for many years.
I spoke to samco a few years ago about making some proper ones that are floroulescant (that really doesnt look right!! *happy* but you get my point) lined that resists constant contact with oil.
Just use normal silicon though and inspect. it is 3/4" iirc.
I gave up with samco because i needed to have an order of £100+ and i didnt have the money at the time.
Maybe one day ill have the time and money to do more with the TM shop *smiley*
