Hi
Has anyone out there got one (yes just one) old type A series cast (not the A+ sintered type) rocker arm available for sale at all. Condition is not important as I will be rebushing anyway. Even a lightened one would do as my intention is to lighten the 7 that I already have. Everywhere I have tried has no stock surely someone somewhere has one lying about.

Doesn't look like it mate!

The forged rockers (they are not cast) are rare as rocking horse sh1te. I have only ever seen 2 sets in 9-odd years of messing with minis. The pressed steel type and sintered type are common.

Are you thinking about the old S ones? If so, these were forged, and not cast.

I think I've got a load of them in Harrogate if they haven't been beinned/sold. These WILL need refurbishing though, as the tips are worn.

Vegard. Yes they are the old S ones. Cast/forged whatever, but I only need the one as I have the other 7, shaft, posts etc. Don't ask where the missing one has gone! As I say if you have one whatever condition I will be very interested. Please get back to me.
