What is the widest Steel wheel you can get in 10" ?

I'm after keeping the standard look (steel wheels, brown paint, rust etc !) but want some rims a bit wider to give better grip from the A008's.

I've got a set of 5x10" wellers but they're not quite right somehow.

Anyone got any or know of some ? (may swap wellers for right rims).

Look out for some "reverse rims". they come in 5 and 6 inch width. They are a little old now but i am sure some sets are still knocking around.

They are basically a standard steel rim has the outer abnd welded on in reverse to give a wider offset.

They look well retro in white.

arnt they also quite exspensive due to the cooper s mark

I've been offered 7 4.5J x 10" steel rims but neither myself or the seller knows if they're Cooper S ones.

He hasn't asked a price yet but how do you tell the difference ?

S ones have holes drilled around the inner section to look a bit different/cooling..

The reverse rims where never standard on the S, the reverse rims are not exspensive if found..

However the original "S" 4 1/2 x 10 steel rims are very sought after..(£££)

I must admit i did'nt relise it ended....

You could try contacting the seller?

Still you know what they look like now.

Powder coated in old English white they look great in my opinion.

Nice idea, white would be nice.

However, i'm looking for a completely standard look (including russet brown & rust paintwork !) to surprise people.

So silver steelies with trims it is ! *tongue*
