Looking for a shell for my project.
My current one turned out to be far too much work than i am prepared to undertake, so ime after a new one!

Round-nose or clubman, flipfront (prefered) or steel fronted.
Cage if possible, any other nice features ime interested in. (chopped/de-seamed/bulkhead mods...anything)
crucially though, no SERIOUS rust. i dont mind ripping the front off/new scuttles/new sills but nothing thats as bad as my current shell (whole floor/whole front end due to dodgy welding)

Ime open to anything really, a project, a whole car or just a shell.. aslong as the shell is reasonably sound!

crucially it needs to be reasonably cheap, ime a student so money is short!
and north of england only please (ime based in manchester or sheffield!) i can travel but not that far!

let me know whats avaliable please....

If you are after a cheap car why not buy the one "Neilfenstein" has for sale in the "For Sale" section. Considering it is a fully built working car there is no way you could build anything similar from parts for the price.....

Just my opinion anyway.

I reckon £40 spent on one of those will save you probably £2000 in trying to recreate something equivalent.

unfortunately thats a very very long way to drive! i will keep it in mind though...but £1k eludes me at this moment....

just out of query what was your budget ? i take it you are just after a shell ? if your budget is under 1k

I can speak from experience - building a turbo mini isnt a cheap job. I built mine from borrowed / free / cheap bits, and with loads of help, and its still cost me over £2000!
