carb isn't plumbed up properly, either the anti run on valve take off isn't blocked or you need to search 't piece trick'

i suppose there doesnt really need to be a specific reason for it to stop working, it can break at any time :) my car was working perfectly before the turbo rebuild but since being back togther ive had lots of old parts fail or break with old age.

If it was running and now it's not altering the mixture is not what is required.

Firing order is 1342, is that a typo above or is that how you have it connected? http://www.twin-turbo.co.uk

Timing isn't just the order but how many degrees before top dead centre (BTDC) the spark occurs.

I'm going to make a wild guess that this is caused by your actuator feed being open to air as in the second picture on this thread:

No. His actuator is still plumbed in on the other leg of the take off. In effect his compressor is venting to atmosphere all the time. On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:

I don't think the open leg would vent enough charge for him not to produce boost. It would just be like having a massive bleed valve. (this is how the boost solenoid on the metro turbo works)
If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of. |

without that pipe on the actuator he'll just get fuckloads of boost, thats how i killed my first ever turbo engine.
