At the moment a lot of people seem to be making double or even triple posts.

One thing I will say, if you make a post on a thread that has more than one page it will go back to the 1st page but your post is on the last. If you use the drop down thing to go to the last page to see your post (rather than the next> thing) it has a problem with the page and then you hit back in your brower and it makes a double post. That doesn't make much sense does it? But it happens to me a bit, if the thread is say 5 or 6 pages long you can't use the drop down thing but have to hit next> about 4 or 5 times. I had a broadband connection problem. If it happened to disconnect at the wrong time after pressing 'post', everytime I pressed 'refresh' to try and tempt it to reconnect it posted the reply again.

Some boards have a minimum time limit before another post can be made to the same thread ... that helps.

i get a problem somtimes when page cannt get displayed, if you refresh it double posts

It really is simple; you type your reply, click the left mouse button ONCE on the post button and then WAIT for it to process your post. Well I must say I am rather disappointed at the tone of some of the replies to this thread. The only people in my book who had license to reply in any form and make queries were matty, fastcarl, and BENROSS, see if you can work out why.
