I "think" i have seen this but i was wondering if anyone has any pics. What modification need to be made to the arces to get them to fit on the clubman front if anyone knows as well

All you need to do is trim the front edge up a bit.

They arent the widest arches are they wil? I think you can get wider than that Back once again like a renegade master |

The wheels are 7x13 minispeed specials imported from Japan.

is that outset as in positive ET making the tyre sit in toward the car more?

thats not how I see it, look at the top pic where it says positive offset, this is the measurement between the wheel centrline and the hub mounting face,
