decent cars go for between 10-15k that i've seen. ones that are up to current spec etc and on the money.

I seem to have heard that Sollis was given an engine from Swiftune for his miglia some time ago that had a value of a bit more than 10000 quid. It was from a pretty reputable source too, but I thought he has been running with Vickers engines for a long time. |

i thought a swifty engine complete was about 12k. i think that was with the box etc. 10k sounds about right hence saying the 30-40k bit is easy to get to!
