Been up to see Benross today, dropped off my cyclinder head for him to work his magic with and he very kindly took me out for a drive in his mini. I can honestly say I have never been in a car that deliveres its power wuite like that - gives me so much inspiration to get mine finished. I would love to see what he can do with an open road or on a drag strip - the roads were a little bit busy today, but it put a big smile on my face needless to say. BTW - I took my buddy VTEC Pete out for a spin this weekend, and even though I am running her in, he gave it a name, the "Brocket"...cause I'm a brocket maaannn, nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah....

Had the pleasure of Steve's company again today up at chateau Benross and he took me out for a little run in the yellow peril, scared the living daylights out of me, and probably a few chavs who happen to be cruisin. To be honest, i was really surprised how much of its power it can actually put down on the road, it did seem a handful at times for Steve, but no real sawing at the wheel to keep it in a straight line, just sheer grunt and power delivered really well.
133.5 bhp 123 lb torque 116mph @6640rpm 9.5psi

sounds like its worth a head rebuild for those bacon buns everyone's talking about.. should have driven my head up to him :) I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.

well Jame the Dom, what can i say it's really a right bag of **** and it's only run a low 12 sec 1/4 mile so not really that fast Edited by Miniwilliams on 20th Oct, 2008. Best 1/4 mile 13.2 seconds @116 mph
