got a few of these up for grabs if anyones interested. you need to get your pulley machined to suit, but easy at any machine shop. ID is 100mm & OD is 130mm. mounting like this alows fine tuning of position in relation to your trigger.

£18 inc postage for you guys, paypal only. (pulley not included)

PM if interested.

Hi,
I like the look of that :)
If you can do them with a different sized hole it could be a good solution for people running MPi pulleys *wink*
Cheers,
Gavin :)

its 5mm thick, and i had 4.5mm depth taken off pulley, this gives 0.5mm step for cap heads to grip

Cheers

These new modern turbos with their quick spool up time, would make the competition harder.

If you are out by 90 degrees can't you swap the leads over until you get the pulley sorted out?

Sounds sensible. Just make sure that you cut the right tooth. *smiley*

Hi,

I am interested in one of these, do you just have to mount your pulley in a chuck, and machine about 4.5mm off the face, leaving a step of around .5mm. Then obviously drill the 4 holes to mount with?

Do you not have to machine any of the OD, to fit inside the trigger wheel?

If not I will take one, would you recommend getting it balanced as well, I have this facility available at work you see.

Thanks

Jon

Hopefully the following pics will help out with that.

as for balancing, yes it may be worth it, i balanced mine when the crank and flywheel were done.

Cheers
Ross.

In which case I would like to order one of these please!

How would you like payment? Also do you know where I might be able to just get the sensor bracket from?

Thanks

Jon
