So this isn't an MPi rad then? I don't get it - or are you just telling us what it isn't rather than what it is???

I seriously doubt it! |

I only used it to tack it together, as i am unlucky enough not to own or be able to borrow a TIG :( I never inttended to weld it all with MIG, nasty nasty, lol my MIG welding with mild steel does the job, but it is not exactly pretty

Jordan, Yeh, that steel front is way better :) and the bulkhead needed a little tidying up. Doubt it will stay clean for long On 26th Oct, 2004 TurboDave16v said:

No, not got an accent - but I do find myself saying a-loo-min-um instead of aluminium because it's a lot easier than stopping halfway through a presentation because everyone wants to have a giggle at the strange way you speak.

Everything is now in except the fan, which needs a little trimming of the cowling, but it will just fit.

It is no wider than 27mm at the tanks. Its now a double pass wich should also increase the capacity, only thing that might cause an issue is the pressure drop across it

My engine is different in many ways from every one elses, i have concentrated in areas other than outright power
I only bought the ally mig wire yesterday just to tack this together and its real ugly stuff. I think it will look better whan i get it back :)
