tps ?? Everyone knows that instructions only have to be read if the thing doesn't work....

Couldn't you spin that up from some hexagonal stock- would save you the job of filing flats on.

Yep, turning it from 7/16" hex would be ideal. But not the most common stuff found in workshops - so i just took the easy option and made it in alloy and filed some flats! Edited by turbodave16v on 7th Oct, 2005. On 17th Nov, 2014 Tom Fenton said:

I thought the MJ didn't use a TPS - or is that the MS?

I don't know about the MJ, but one input to the MS is TPS. Its not used for ignition calculations though. I am plannung on fitting one so that we can datalog runs and campare throttle usage between drivers. Could have some interesting results.. http://www.twin-turbo.co.uk

for ignition y, i'm using the MegaSquirt'n'EDIS which comes with/requires a TPS. for what reason i'm not sure

price came back as £6.50 each, no idea if thats good or not. from my point of view where i have no access to the machines needed to do it myself, its ok.
