Hi,
You can fit the T2(STD R5 GT or Hybrid) with the Mirage manifold, this saves cutting a big hole in your bulkhead to fit ... the Metro turbo manifold with the adaptor plate to fit the T2 onto it.
As to wether you need a hybrid T2 or a T3 you will need to work out your complete engine specification down to cam, valves and compression ratio before ANYONE can work out the best turbo to use.
Obvisously what you will be using the car for will play a big part in engine specs. A race spec 200BHP isn't going to be alot of fun to drive to work and back in crap rush hour traffic, the same as a std metro turbo isn't going to win the Metro challenge!
HTH.
Cheers,
Gavin :)

Is it a good idea to cut and put in the bulk head box anyway if you are going to do that set up so you can get at he turbo easy or is there no point??

I've decided to keep my t3 after all and have it done up whats the best setting for it eg these are good for the t2

a t25 40 trim will flow15 lb (about 150 bhp),
a t25 50 trim will flow 18 lb (180 bhp)
and t25 55 trim will flow 20/21 lb (200/210 bhp).

Cos speaking to the guy today reckons i'd be best with 4x4 cosworth insides but i was thinking is that any good cos its to much power so i would of thought to much lag?? I was only looking at 150 bhp and i thought that might be to much cos there over 300bhp arent they??

Hi,
A standard Cossie is 200 BHPish, but I would agree that a turbo for a 2.0ltr engine would be too laggy for a 1300. Unfortunately I don't know enough about turbos to advise you further :(
Cheers,
Gavin :)
