I'v got loads to do yet though stefaz, gone about it arse about tit really, finished off the underside and engine bay, got all the bodywork to sort and spray up so loads of masking and plastic sheeting to do for the respray, but at least its less to scratch on rebuild.

Hi,
Looks like the offset is different.
1 has black paint around the stud holes.
Different height center caps?
What's the spot the difference prize?

Where are the calipers from. Im after some myself!

1/4 Mile 14.3secs 96Mph Terminal 10psi of boost.

calipers where from minisport, they produce their own. with mg pads (modified) and pins total 306.00.

The left wheel is the odd one out, painted black where the nuts go on, returned to midland wheels for a replacement now.

Managed to get a part from avonbar that they ommited for the oil pipe. rad, intercooler,oil cooler next, then fit the flip, then get on with the bodywork.

10x6 with yoko 360 inc vat and delivery with free centre caps, nuts and locks.

Bit of an update, not done too much recently so thought it was about time to crack on, Maniflow exhaust fitted today and got my head round the fuel filter and pump install.
Opinions welcome.

just a thought on your pump most people tend to fit them lower than the tank so the pumps gravity fed if you know what i mean. not sure if itll effect its performance.

Cheers Carl, will take you up on that offer of a visit. The pump i got off fleebay for a fiver, brand new off a nissan summat, I thought it had two return pipes from the picture when i bought it, but i'm not too sure what they are now as they have a one way valve, still, i'll give it a whirl, at least the filter is screw on and i priced them up at £2.90 each for replacements.

There is no sense crying over every mistake- you just keep on trying til you run out of cake.

IT RUNS!!, was quite surprised how easy it fired up until this happened.



Note to everyone to double check clearances on the fan to timing cover breather, how daft do i feel?, the downer is, it did this to my nice new 2 core rad


Lesson learned methinks, thats gonna hurt my pocket a bit, what a numpty. Anyway this is the latest engine pic.

Ive done somethink like this once. Forgot to put spacer on the fan and my rad got a nice scar.
I see as well that the engine pic was done before the Accident.
