Man. Bill Richards' car is low at the front, does he use coilovers? I couldn't get mine sensibly any lower than it is. and to confirm, the minispeed wheels stick out 10mm further than a superlite. And the wheel nuts are supplied with the wheels. They're like a cross between a normal nut and a revolution sleeved nut. On 28th Aug, 2011 Kean said:

It's always good to be lower, stops the thing wanting to tip over. But the geometry just won't let you get any lower. Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph

Have you dropped the subframe like jim and sprocket were talking about the other week? (removing the spacer between the subframe and body and making new floor mounts) |

Brings the subframe (wheels) up, so the body lower. To maximise slammage.

Is it just a case of raising all the holes in the floor, and the front sub mounts?

At a guess, you wouldnt be able to move the mounts upwards without modding them. I think the front of the subframe would tilt upward slightly. 1/4 Mile 14.3secs 96Mph Terminal 10psi of boost.

As a retro mod it is a pain because everything is connected the front subframe. It would mean remounting the front end, brace bars, intercooler, exhaust and a few other bits that would possibly foul.
