My Mini build diary

Im now in the same position as you, frtunatly at my end of the world prices are reasonable, looking at £140k for a 3bed room, semi with garage. Both myself and the missus have been saving for a while, and we was both supprised today after a trip to the bank to find out how much we could borrow. It was a lot more than I expected. My advise is, get as much money as you can for the deposit, bare in mind all the fees you will encure, keep the mini and get on with it slow and steady, thats what im now having to do with mine. (remember you will need an excuse to get away from her when she gets on your tits, the mini is a fantastic excuse to go and hide from her!)
Also as Tom rightly said do it asap, Im now wishing I had done it a few years ago and not blew all the money I did building my other mini, but hindsite is a wonderfull thing.
