Seemed to to be alright theomstat had an 82 swoped it to a 88 start getting probs so swiched back and still got them. Worth getting 73 to try?

Leonard blocked the poppet valve ally welded that so not that. (dump valve trigger pipe?)

That lean off is band new and factory clamped and look alright!

Got to inlet but its a hard job with the water pipe running over the top have to see what i can come up with!

Matty sounds promising what did you mate do! Icing carb sounds expensive!

Hi,
Dump valve trigger pipe is the small vacuum hose that goes to the top of the dump valve.
Have you got the water heating pipes connected to the inlet manifold?

that pipes fine and any ran it for a day with dump valve stil same prob!
Yeah its piped into the inlet only thing would say is the pipes really tight againist the rocker cover! That tight if you want to take the rocker cover off you have to take that pipe off first.

Thats what makes me think something to do with the inlet cos its pushing againist the rocker cover, so it could be levering off on the back of the head or is everyones tight there?

Person next door came round last night told me off for all the reving :(
