What's the front of it and the cover look like?

This one is years old. came with the car when i brought it.

Looks like you can't get fixed ones anymore :(
I still think machining or sanding the one you've got will be the cheapest...

It sounds to me like you've had 2 or 3 good attempts at curing the leak and can't stem it, personally I'd bin the timing belt setup you have a buy a new one.

Not used a belt drive personally, but Minispares gear is almost always good quality.
