Thanks, im actually quite surprised how easy it was to fit. Ive been putting off the intercooler install for ages because I though it would be a pig of a job!

seeing it in position the cossie IC is smaller that i thought, i though it was about the sam size ans the bimmer one i'm using,

Depending what the police are like around you I'd make a place to put it where you can take it off easily/put back on easily and would keep it in the car accidently "forgeting to put it back on after a show"

Your right Paul it was a PITA started work hardening after a while!
Made one end cap and cut more out of the valence for the end cap.
