Bit of progress, after a bit of thought I thought aluminium would be better than cardboard! *laughing* Your right Paul it was a PITA started work hardening after a while! *oh well* Made one end cap and cut more out of the valence for the end cap.

Might look better with black hoses on the outside.

Thanks, im actually quite surprised how easy it was to fit. Ive been putting off the intercooler install for ages because I though it would be a pig of a job!

I think its just ordinary Ford black? *oh well*, I just didn't spray it on very thick so it would come out in matt finish (and save weight). Lol

Just need to wait for my hoses to turn up now!

So... what's the plan with the number plate and are you going to get a bonnet with no holes in it now?

Not sure about number plate? *oh well*

Im half tempted to paint one on, could either hide the IC nicely or look really trashy!

Ive thought about an oval one for the bonnet and just stick it above the holes.

Joe the core size is 100mm X 100mm X 410mm, how does that compare with yours?

Depending what the police are like around you I'd make a place to put it where you can take it off easily/put back on easily and would keep it in the car accidently "forgeting to put it back on after a show"

My mate has a corsa turbo and he just leaves it on his dash because there is no where for it to go, he hasn't had any trouble around my area.

Funny. You guys install IC near ground for a good water cooling LOL.
In the south this does not work, no rain and too close to a 50C heated asphalt.

Weld cardboard ?? Silly bugger, everybody knows gaffer tape works every time and uses less gas.
