Snap-On 3/8" ratchet and popular size deep sockets(7/16",1/2",9/16") - all 20+ years old and still going strong.

One of the best tools I bought recentlt has to be the Sykes and Pickavant long reach 16mm plug socket for the 16v head. Those who know it can be a bastard to get the plugs in and out without the correct socket *happy*

I got my moneys worth out of it already when starting the engine for the first time, having to pull the plugs regularly *hehe!*

Has to be either my 1/4 drive flexy snap on ratchet, my locking wire pliers or my 1/4 drive imperial allen key sockets. Then i do love the lathe and mill, and the tig welder.

Thats such an evil question, i love all my tools.

I'm guessing these are either; Britool or Snap On?

I'm after a set but I could do with out spending a tenner a socket if I can avoid it.

Yeah they're snap on. More than a tenner a socket iirc a set of 12 was about £150. Worth their weight in gold. Just got a set of six but in 3/8 drive from Mac tools for £29.

My favourite tools have to be a selection of hammers, the compressor, and the uj things for sockets that allow you to get into awkward gaps.
