I too am making them myself, as I already tapped it the wrong thread :( Annoying, hence my post, to stop someone else making this mistake as not everyone has a lathe!

Minidan have a search on here, theres some pictures taken from the mini forum of a guy doing it, or if you need help I did mine last week, it involves making a flat on the side of the head, drilling a hole and fitting a water port, removing a core plug and fitting another water port in place, and then tapping up all of the water ways, if you do block and head I think it's 25 in total!

That should be the one there :) That's not to say it has to be done exactly like that though!

When the dry deck kit is fitted to the side of the block and head, does the engine steady bar and brackets still fit, or do they need to be modified or moved?

the little bent bracket on the engine side of the steady needs a bit of a trim and i trimmed a bit of one of my water ports aswell
