Sound deadning is quite heavy, filled 2 tesco bags with the stuff, takes ages to get it off. worth it though. Aso removed rear seat, bins, dash rails, roof rails, boot floor, shelf, front end to name a few. Could drill holes in the subframes, but I dont want tp weaken them.

Blimey!..that is quite a list..looks like am going to be busy over wnter!

The build looks sweet,

Especially like the red intercooler pipes, where did you get them made up or are they home made, are they mild steel or alloy?

BTW - I took my buddy VTEC Pete out for a spin this weekend, and even though I am running her in, he gave it a name, the "Brocket"...cause I'm a brocket maaannn, nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah....

Mini7's and migs have the roof rails removed... Mark at rightline done it, he knows what he is doing. Also had inner skin round quarter windows removed and inner skin on rear piller where the belt bolts too. Also got a carbon boot and r valance. No heaters, carpet, etc.

I made the intercooler pipes out of 2" exhast bends, welded together, and dressed the welds to make it look like one bit. Then got them powder coated at work.

Its only a bit of metal. If it blows it blows!
