Well i hate pikeys dont really care if its pc or not have a lot of trouble with them round my way! They should be put on the vermin list!

as i understood it, pike means to steal something, so the people that stole from dave's parents are indeed pikeys. it may or may not be coincidence that they are often gypsies aswell

Carl, I think the key to this is tolerence! I appreciate your views., and can see where your coming from, But everyone on this site has the freedom of speach and the right to their own opinion, either be it right or wrong, or you agree with it or not.
In the time I have been using this forum, I have recieved all the help I need and honest answers from people who arent affraid to speak thier mind and aire their views, and with me that goes a very long way, at the end of the day a spade is indeed a spade.
I have never came accross what I would class as racissim, admitadly there has been a few comments made which I would deem close to the mark, and in themselves quite ambiguis, (this is the problem with text, its difficult to always read it as the person intended it to be read) but as I started this post, the key is tolerence, at the end of the day the people on here are who and what they are,. Im not a racist person, I have no concern for a mans (womans) race, gender, skin colour, but I do believe the whole pc / racism thing has been taken too far (cryed wolf if you like) so please respect peoples views and opinions as you would like yours to be, and use this forum to its best use, there is a whole host of info and people on here willing to help, and I would hate to see any more altecations between people leading to people feeling they should have to leave this site. That has happened recently, to as I believe a member who has had mauch input into this site over a period of time. (a loss to the site (some may not agree))
THE MORE PEOPLE AND HELP HERE THE BETTER I FEEL.

i tell you how PC i have to be and why it fucks me off so bad

a couple of small examples
1) we are not allowed to put any sort of decorations up at christmas as it MAY offend someone from a different ethnic back ground
2) there is a lady at my work who is asian, shes worked there less than 12 months in those months shes had 3 own fault car accidents, she now has a new chair £900 new desk£1000 new screen £500 cordless headset £300 she is an admin assistant yet needs an admin assistant to do her work emails letters ect ... when shes capable of doing her persnal stuff, she got all this because when her line manager refused to buy the special equipment she put him on a racial harrasment disaplinery, her line manager is now leaving as hes just been though the ringer with it all

this might just be local government .. i dont know, personally i dont care who you are and what religion you follow if you dont take the piss scam or thieve then i dont have a problem

odd jokes ok & everyone is guilty of the odd comment...but I can't see blatant racism tolerated on here.

Here's a good one :-
A few years ago some bigots thought it would further their cause to set off some bombs in public places like canary warf ,and in manchester etc .

The best part of the joke is that the other week those original bigoted bombers sat down with the bigots they hated the most and drank tea together and smiled for the camera !

Sometimes ,I guess , people get so sick of being fuckwits , they realise that thinking and talking is a lot easier than killing each other ?

I have had a change of heart.

I love pikeys, I love the they law abidingly travell around, making an honest buck and they do it without us even noticing.

When they move on in their "gypsy manner" you would never know they have been, no piles of rubble, old settees, gas bottle, human excrement.

They can stay near me anyday!

Carl, I'm glad you have a good grasp of Nothern Ireland politics cause I don't!

I Don't understand politics , esp. N. Ireland style .
But seems to me most politicians are in it for their own benefit .
Take for example one of the previously mentioned N. Irish bigots [if you look up bigot in the dictionary it says ' Dr" NO" Paisley ' , well more or less ] , what would persuade him to sit down and drink tea and have a chat with "satans spawn " , I think that's what he called them ?
