im not 100% sure what your asking, but ill try and outline a few things:

actuators will determine the 'minimum' boost your car will make on full boost.

so if you want to run 8psi then get an 8 psi actuator

if you want to run 4 psi get a 4psi actuator

if you want to run 4 psi and the bump it up to 8 psi at the traffic lights, get a 4 psi actuator and then use a bleed valve or boost controller to trick the actuator into staying closed till 8psi.

i beleive with a T2 turbo, you will have to chop the wastegat arm in half and weld it onto the other side as the actuator is positioned on the opposite side to a t3.

are you going to use the metro turbo manifold? or the mirage setup?

if your using the mirage, a member of this forum, nic, has created a brilliant guide covering most aspects of this conversion:

hope ive helped and good luck
