this has to be the biggest irony going !!!! wrestling with killer snakes , crocks, lizards etc etc and he gets nailled by one of the most peacefull fish in the ocean !!!!! might as well have been maulled by a shitzu !!!! unbelieavable !!!

I always watched Irwin in amazment at the stuff he did, seemed a really nice guy who just loved what he did. Its the first time anyone has been killed by a stingray since 1945 i believe!! Thoughts go out to his friends and family.

His wildlife park is only an hour or so up the road from me & my girlfriend goes there every chance she can, just totally loves him... I think we all see & feel a bit of him in all of us , well ,maybe just some of us.

at least he went doing something he truly loved !!! thats something we should all pray for when our times come..fairwell to the fella...its Terry and his kid i feel sorry for, the amount of money steve has made over the years should see his kid through school etc i would hope.
