Haynes says for Mk4 or 5 models, White/Brown for the oil pressure switch, Green/White for the water temp sensor.

Two wires snapped off when I was taking the engine out I got the green blue wire on the Water temp and The white brown on the oil pressure. The alternator seems to be working fine. Water temp don't work so ive ordered a new switch to try. The oil pressure light just sticks on after I start the car. It was fine in the metro maybe oil pressure valve stuck open Il have to check. |
