lets say i do a full turbo install.... is running... how would i set it up so its safe to drive it to the rollers?

Hi,
Disconnect the actuator rod from the wastegate, set your timing to the standard setting. Take it steady you should be fine. Would be worth giving the car a few short shakedown runs before going to the rollers.
Make sure gauges and warning lights are working correctly and all fluid levels are ok too.
