Well it seems my clutch is unable to handle my engines new found power. Last night it was seriously slipping running 1bar or so of boost

If you are determined that you really don't want to go to either a double grey or a paddle, then it seems you need to try out a new race/rally plate and see how you get on.......

im using a grey, and a race rally plate and i put out very similar figures to you on baldwins rr

If theres a way of testing the diaprams clamping force that would be an idea while its all out, i had an orange diapram without turbo and that went a little soft after 6000 miles and caused some clutch slip. -MINI CLUBMAN 1380 TURBO- |

What plate has your mate got?
Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph
