helo i have jst poped my one ltr in myy 72 850 sheell and my break lights/indicators ect are not working, which sounds like the relay has gone, i was going to replace all of my relays does anyone no which i will need(eg, on/off 4pin 12v 30 amp?) and where i kan get them from?

pull the flasher unit out (below the steering colum at the end of the plastic casing) should be connected to two green wires i think. pull that out and nip down you local motor factors, they will have a spare.

My car has another on the bulkhead in the engine bay, by the wiper motor, that has 2 wires, but i dont know when they were introduced so your may not have one.

Check your fuses first, you might save yourself some time and money.

I had same problem, but it was rusty fuses in the block and a dead one behind the carb.

Hi,
+1 for fuse box or connections on to the fuse box.
On a '72 you'll have two fuses you want to look at the one with white wires on one side and green on the other.
Due to the age of the car, I'd put a new fuse box on for reliability reasons.
