Just how hard is it to change a diff pin? Ive been reading and it looks quite straight forward. when putting it back together though is there clearences and things to set that can go wrong?

it's pretty easy, the only bit that may give troubles is preloading (shimming) the diff on reasembly, but everythings in the haynes manual. On 28th Aug, 2011 Kean said:

Can it? Genuine question, as I have always wondered but have always ended up pulling the engine out to work on the diff?
