would i be able to fit this to my engine and if so does anyone know of any mods i would have to make to it/

Hi,
Anything will fit, with enough engineering. I think you'll find that's way too big for an A series to spin up.
The T3 was a 0.36 A/R whereas that's a 0.60.
I'm no expert on this, but I'm sure one will be along shortly *wink*

You could fit it but its far TOO BIG for a 1300 mini engine and probably wouldn't make boost.
