Does anyone know what strength valve springs are recommended when using an Avonbar phase 2 cam with standard rockers?

I've built loads of heads recently, and I have never used the inner spring locators. Cannot really see that there's a problem obmitting them. Anyone else with opinions on this?

Mine gets in the way a bit, but only when it is up. If it is down it does not cause a problem. |

The high rate springs I have used are "coil bound" between the inner and outer springs so the inner springs cannot wander.
