Hi,
I know some of you like to see pictures of broken bits. So here's one for you ... Removed earlier today from the whistle...



Oddly enough it refused to run.
Nice light engine and box though. I towed it from home to the workshop, ripped the engine out and was back home 3 hours later 8)

i think there is a lubrication problen there ...lol......... ie oil never been changed or... none at all

bet the rest of the engines dead as well

not seen one like that before. could be high milage or lack of oil changes by the colour. either way it must have saved weight so you could advertise it as a light weight race set up

Hi,
Whistle ... You know.. those 3 wheeled things (Reliant Robin!)
Mileage .. Possibly starship.
I was going to bin it, but if I can ebay it the money can go towards the new water pump gasket @ 68p!
Rest of the engine, sound enough. Decided to throw a head gasket on while it's out.
I've took the head up to a company a couple of doors up that rebuilds F1 and TC engines for a de-coke. Told them not to steal any parts off it!
