Reading the archive this seems to be an important issue,but cant find any detail on what to do to improve flow on a cast elbow.Any pointers? 'Where does the engine go?' |

benross did mine (plus many others) and the work is tip top.

basically increase the diameter and flow it as per an exhaust port |

mine's standard and goes well enough. then again its not staying on as i will be going T2 again |

Benross did mine to, what a guy, the manifold needs work to Edited by Brocky on 29th Jan, 2007. BTW - I took my buddy VTEC Pete out for a spin this weekend, and even though I am running her in, he gave it a name, the "Brocket"...cause I'm a brocket maaannn, nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah....

He did mine this weekend and the workman ship is shit hot. Plus hes a dead right bloke. Hes got plenty on at mo though. Or you could have a pop at it yourself! 1/4 Mile 14.3secs 96Mph Terminal 10psi of boost.

Is there any improvment that can be made on the mirrage elbow, or are these reasonably well flowing?

you cant really do anything as its only made from SS tube. nothing to grind out!! |

I have done My manifold and Elbow, using a oval shape carbide burr seem to do the trick quite well! |
